The only thing you can do is pay yelp for advertising, since that is how to influence their "automated" filter. If that is not an option (can't blame you there), then ask friends with a lot of friends and reviews to review your company. Or go to the people whose reviews are filtered and ask to be their friends and/or complement their reviews (from that person's page). That might help.
