He calls all the time and emails me constantly. He lives in Nevada, and I live in CA. I'd like to get a no contact order against him that will prevent him from calling or emailing me.

Does he ever visit California? Is his contact limited to phone calls and emails? Does he ever threaten you in any way? What county in California do you live in?
