Thread: my introduction...

i ran across this board looking for answers/advice i had/have concerning family court and my rights as a parent (more specifically a noncustodial parent). as of right now, this is the only "problem" i am having with the law and my main purpose of joining.

i doubt that i will have any real legal answers to peoples questions concern law(s) but have always been intrigued by the law, the problems people have with them and what they/we can do to fix it. this is another reason i registered.

my thoughts on the law and cali. court system arent the best right now. im hoping that its due to ignorance of the system. hopefully the forum will be able to change this. i believe that ignorance is nothing more then far to common and just another POSSIBLE chance for someone to learn.
